"I think God didn't want me to get out of prison early, because even then I thought if I could get out early I would still continue hacking." Returning from the US after 7 years in prison, Mr. Ngo Minh Hieu, nicknamed Hieu PC - a "famous" hacker in a multinational cybercrime line arrested by the US Secret Service in 2013, sat down and shared with RICE about his eventful life, past ambitions and plan to make up for the mistakes he made in the future.
