Order processing time

• All orders are received, confirmed, and packaged within [Example: 24h – 48h] working hours from the time the customer successfully places the order.

• For orders placed on Saturday afternoon, Sunday, or Holidays, the processing time will be calculated from the first following working day.

Estimated shipping time

We are currently partnering with reputable shipping carriers to ensure the products reach you in the safest way. Estimated delivery time (calculated from the moment the order leaves the warehouse):

• Ho Chi Minh City Inner Areas: From 2-4 working days.

• Suburban Areas & Other Provinces: From 5-7 working days.

• Remote areas or islands: The time may be extended by 5-10 days depending on objective conditions.

Shipping fee

• Shipping fees are calculated based on the total order value and the weight of the package as follows:

  For orders with a total value from 1 VND to 250,000 VND:

  • Weight from 0.0001kg to 5kg: Shipping fee is 20,000 VND.

  • Weight from 5.0001kg and above: Shipping fee is 35,000 VND.

  For orders with a total value from 250,001 VND and above:

  • Weight from 0.0001kg to 5kg: Shipping fee is 35,000 VND.

  • Weight from 5.0001kg and above: Shipping fee is 45,000 VND.

Order tracking (Tracking)

• After the order is shipped, the system will send a tracking number (Tracking Number) via [Email/SMS message] to you.

• You can actively track your order journey on the shipping carrier's website or contact our hotline for assistance.

Co-inspection process

• RICE Channel encourages customers to inspect the goods before signing for receipt with the delivery staff.

• Please carefully check the condition of the packaging, ensuring the product is of the correct model, quantity, and free from physical damage.

• If any abnormalities are detected (dented, torn box, missing products), you have the right to refuse receipt and immediately contact our customer service department via Hotline: 0817001124

Unsuccessful delivery

• The shipping carrier will attempt delivery up to 3 times

• If delivery is still unsuccessful after these attempts, the order will be returned to RICE Channel's warehouse. In this case, if you wish to receive the goods, please pay the shipping fee for the next delivery.
