Join us as we take you on a sensory journey with live demonstrations, nostalgic video clips, and a documentary film titled “Tàu Hủ Thúi” (Stinky Tofu). Engage with renowned food experts and experience the heartwarming stories behind Vietnam’s iconic street foods.

Event Goals

1. Cultural Connection: Share the stories behind each Vietnamese street food dish, connecting food to the rich cultural heritage of Vietnam.

2. Multi-Sensory Experience: Through live cooking demonstrations, emotional video retrospectives, and the “Tàu Hủ Thúi” documentary, Street Cooks provides fresh perspectives on Vietnamese cuisine.

  • Opening Speech: Hosted by MC or a well-known food blogger/chef, connecting street food and Vietnamese culture.

• 5:25 PM – 5:30 PM:

  • Film Retrospective: Screening of past episodes showcasing memorable street food and beverage moments.

• 5:30 PM – 5:35 PM:

  • Introduction of the new documentary “Tàu Hủ Thúi”: The story behind the famous stinky tofu dish.

• 5:45 PM – 6:00 PM:

  • Expert Talk: Food experts discuss the relationship between street food, drinks, and Vietnam’s cultural identity.

• 6:00 PM – 6:15 PM:
